Door-to-Door Courier: Delivery within 2–4 business days.

Our standard pickup hours are:
Sunday – Thursday:  09:00 – 18:00
Friday:  09:00 – 13:00
 
Please coordinate your arrival via WhatsApp to ensure someone is there to hand over your package.

My order is delayed, what should I do?

We do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, but occasionally delays occur with courier companies (especially during holidays or high-traffic periods). If more than 5 business days have passed and you haven’t received an update, please reach out to us: +972-54-3039005.

Home Delivery (Door-to-Door Courier): Delivered directly to your address anywhere in Israel.
Self-Pickup: Collect your order personally from our location in Moshav Bnei Tsion.
